Job Description
We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Accounts Executive for our project at Anand Vihar Rapid Rail Metro. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally and basic accounting operations. She will be responsible for maintaining daily accounts, vouchers, invoices, and supporting overall financial coordination for the project.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment & receipt vouchers
- Prepare invoices and maintain billing records
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Coordinate with vendors regarding payments and documentation
- Assist in GST data preparation and other compliance-related work
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records
- Support management with reports and MIS whenever required
Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Commerce / B.Com preferred
