  • Initial Recruit will be as Life Advisor on incentive basis and after comply some specified criteria candidate will be promoted as Agency Associate on multiple incentives and fixed salary basis
  • As a joining process, IRDA certification is compulsory. In case it is not available, Kotak will impart training for 5 days free to qualify IRDA test for certification.
