🔹 Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Commi 1 (Indian Cuisine) to join our kitchen team at Swasthya. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality Indian dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook Indian cuisine dishes as per standard recipes and quality guidelines
• Assist in daily kitchen operations and ensure timely food preparation
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Support senior chefs in menu planning and new dish trials
• Monitor stock levels and inform the kitchen head for replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• 🔹 RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in Indian cuisine (QSR / Cafe / Restaurant)
• Good knowledge of North Indian / Indian base cooking
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• 🔹 QualificationDiploma or certification in Hotel Management (preferred)
