Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to assist with daily kitchen/work operations, including food/item preparation, packaging, and maintaining cleanliness. The role requires attention to hygiene, efficiency, and teamwork. Should know how to cook Thekua, Laddu.
- Key Responsibilities: Assist in basic food preparation (dough making, mixing ingredients)
- Pack food items accurately and maintain quality standards
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of products
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes and sanitize equipment regularly
- Support the team in daily kitchen tasks and production
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Requirements:Basic understanding of kitchen work (training can be provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good hygiene practices and attention to detail
- Physically fit for standing and handling kitchen tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):
- बेसिक फूड प्रिपरेशन में सहायता (आटा गूंथना, सामग्री मिलाना)
- फूड आइटम्स की सही तरीके से पैकेजिंग करना और क्वालिटी बनाए रखना
- प्रोडक्ट्स की सही लेबलिंग और स्टोरेज सुनिश्चित करना
- किचन, बर्तनों और कार्य क्षेत्र की साफ-सफाई बनाए रखना
- बर्तन धोना और उपकरणों को नियमित रूप से सैनिटाइज करना
- रोज़ाना के किचन कार्यों और प्रोडक्शन में टीम का सहयोग करना
- हमेशा फूड सेफ्टी और हाइजीन के नियमों का पालन करना
- योग्यता (Requirements):किचन कार्य का बेसिक ज्ञान (ट्रेनिंग दी जा सकती है)
- तेज़ गति वाले वातावरण में काम करने की क्षमता
- अच्छी साफ-सफाई की आदतें और बारीकियों पर ध्यान
- शारीरिक रूप से फिट (लंबे समय तक खड़े होकर काम करने की क्षमता)
- सकारात्मक सोच के साथ टीम में काम करने की क्षमता
