Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Developer / Integration Engineer to design, build, and optimize intelligent automation systems across our tech stack. This role combines traditional workflow automation with advanced AI capabilities, including LLM prompting and custom Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

You will be responsible for creating scalable, reliable, and high-performing automations that streamline operations, enhance customer engagement, and drive business efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement automation workflows using platforms such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, and n8n
• Build and maintain integrations between CRM systems, APIs, and third-party tools
• Develop AI-powered workflows using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, and others)
• Engineer and deploy custom RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for knowledge-based automation
• Create advanced prompt engineering strategies to improve AI output quality and reliability
• Optimize automation performance, error handling, and scalability
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate business needs into automation solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing workflows
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience with automation tools such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, and n8n
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with LLMs including ChatGPT, Claude, or similar models
• Advanced prompt engineering skills for building production-level AI workflows
• Experience building or working with RAG systems (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines)
• Familiarity with backend logic, data structures, and workflow architecture
• Ability to debug complex automation and integration issues
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Preferred QualificationsExperience with Python, Node.js, or similar scripting languages
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
• Understanding of AI agent frameworks and multi-step reasoning workflows
• Previous experience in SaaS, automation agencies, or AI product environments
