Job Title: Debt Recovery Executive (JLG Loans)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Debt Recovery Executive to manage delinquent accounts under JLG loans. The role involves customer follow-ups, field visits, repayment structuring, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly update clients on assigned debt recovery cases and progress status.
• Review customer profiles and identify potential defaulters.
• Analyze default reasons and report insights to management.
• Maintain and update calling data, including new contact details and addresses of customers and guarantors.
• Ensure proper implementation of cash collection processes, including cash receiving and register maintenance.
• Review problematic accounts, understand issues, and suggest suitable repayment plans.
• Conduct field visits to customers, guarantors, and references for recovery follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager (BM) to initiate repossession processes when required.
• Ensure effective and timely collection of due payments.
• Monitor and understand Overdue (OD) status of all assigned clients/centres.
• Work towards full and partial resolution of overdue accounts.
• Maintain high standards of efficiency, productivity, and quality in task execution.
• Achieve monthly collection targets (bucket-wise resolution and rollbacks).
• Reduce DPD (Days Past Due) accounts across assigned centres on a monthly basis.
• Control and reduce OD movement across assigned portfolios month-on-month.
• Conduct regular client visits beyond centre meetings.
• Manage and reduce outstanding, OD, and NPA levels, especially in high-risk centres.
• Focus on minimizing non-payment cases across assigned clients and centres.
