About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and working professionals regarding educational programs and help them make informed career decisions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and professionals regarding educational programs and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions and conversions.
- Understand candidates' educational and professional backgrounds and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Resolve candidate queries related to courses, fees, eligibility, and admission processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission journey.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Academic Counselling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Education Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
