 Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with credit card-related inquiries and issues.
  • Monitor and manage customer accounts for compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze and respond to fraud alerts and suspicious activity.
  • Collaborate with finance and customer service teams to resolve disputes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit card regulations and best practices.
  • Provide recommendations for improving credit card services and customer satisfaction.
