Job Description

Knowledge of Bank portals, App forms, and Agreement processes is required in Personal loans or Business loans. Knowledge of documentation and follow-up with bankers and Customer TVRs. Other general communication skills.


Knowledge of ICICI (iLens) portal, Aditya Birla (Lentra), HDFC assist, Axis/IDFC/Bajaj/ and all other portals for Personal Loan Login.

Knowledge of Axis/Lendingkart/Indifi/Aditya Birla etc. portals for Business Loan Logins.


Knowledge of bank policies will be additional bonus.
