We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and passionate Backend Team Lead who can lead the application team while ensuring students receive excellent guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Applications Team.
• Supervise the complete NEET admission application process.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of college applications.
• Guide students and parents regarding admission procedures.
• Coordinate with counsellors, colleges, and internal teams.
• Monitor daily work, allocate tasks, and maintain quality standards.
• Train and motivate team members.
• Maintain student records and application documentation.
• Resolve application-related queries efficiently.
• Ensure all deadlines are met without errors.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
