Job Description

  • Craft specialty coffees like espressos and pour-overs.
  • Prepare iced drinks and hot teas using exact recipes.
  • Calibrate espresso grinders and pull perfect shots daily.
  • Steam milk textures correctly for lattes and cappuccinos.
  • Operate POS systems to process customer transactions efficiently.
  • Greet incoming guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
  • Answer menu questions and offer personalized drink recommendations.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Sanitize all workspaces, counters, and guest seating areas.
  • Clean beverage equipment including grinders, frothers, and utensils.
  • Maintain storefront cleanliness to meet food safety rules.
  • Monitor inventory levels for beans, milk, and syrups.
  • Restock service stations with cups, lids, and napkins.
  • Alert management early when supplies need reordering.
