Job SummaryAulten Digital Private Limited is looking for a skilled Battery Engineer to oversee the design, development, testing, and production of lithium-ion battery systems. The candidate will be responsible for improving battery performance, ensuring product quality, and supporting the manufacturing process of energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop lithium-ion battery packs and energy storage solutions.
• Conduct battery testing, validation, and performance analysis.
• Monitor battery parameters including voltage, current, temperature, and charging/discharging cycles.
• Develop and implement Battery Management Systems (BMS) integration.
• Analyze battery failures and provide corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation.
• Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors for battery components and materials.
• Conduct root cause analysis for field failures and customer complaints.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Lithium-Ion battery technology and battery chemistry.
• Understanding of Battery Management Systems (BMS).
• Knowledge of battery testing equipment and procedures.
• Familiarity with electrical circuits, power electronics, and energy storage systems.
• Ability to analyze technical data and troubleshoot battery-related issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• M.Tech in Energy Systems or Battery Technology will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 3–5 years in lithium-ion battery manufacturing, testing, or R&D.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in UPS batteries, solar energy storage systems, EV batteries, or inverter battery systems.
• Knowledge of BIS standards, battery safety regulations, and quality management systems.
