Position: Sales Executive
Industry: Yoga / Fitness / Wellness
Job Type: Remote
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Experience Required: 0–3 Years (Experience in Yoga, Fitness, Wellness, Gym, or Healthcare Industry Preferred)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Executive who has experience in the yoga, fitness, wellness, or healthcare industry. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into clients through calls, WhatsApp, consultations, and follow-ups.
The ideal candidate should understand client psychology, health goals, and wellness-related services to guide potential clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and WhatsApp inquiries
Convert leads into paid clients for yoga/fitness/wellness programs
Follow up with interested prospects regularly
Explain program benefits confidently and professionally
Maintain client database and sales reports
Coordinate with marketing and support teams
Build strong relationships with clients
Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals
Requirements
1–3 years of sales experience in the yoga, fitness, wellness, healthcare, or gym industry
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good understanding of health, fitness, yoga, or wellness programs
Experience handling leads through calls and WhatsApp
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication preferred
Must have a laptop and stable internet connection
Preferred Skills
Experience in consultation-based selling
Knowledge of fertility wellness/yoga programs is a plus
Social media lead handling experience preferred
Ability to build trust with clients emotionally and professionally
