Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive and organized Business development Executive to manage customer communication, handle quotations, and coordinate with the field team. While the role is primarily office-based, 1–2 client visits per week may be required, and all site visit expenses will be covered by the company. Incentives will be offered based on performance and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or in person.

* Prepare and send quotations based on client requirements.

* Coordinate with the field sales and measurement teams.

* Occasionally visit clients (1–2 times a week) for meetings or follow-ups.

* Maintain customer records, follow-up schedules, and sales logs.

* Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* 1–3 years of experience in sales, 

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

* Organized, responsible, and customer-focused.

* Willingness to make occasional client visits when required.
