Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for our EdTech Tele Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/parents over calls, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward the right educational programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and a passion for education and helping learners achieve their goals.
Excellent Spoken English is must.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students/parents through outbound and inbound calls.
- Explain the company’s courses, programs, and learning solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational products/services.
- Convert leads into enrollments by effectively handling objections and building trust.
- Follow up with interested leads on a regular basis to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM/software tools.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly/weekly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as counseling, operations, and support for smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
