Job Description


A Telecaller Sales representative drives revenue by initiating outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries to promote products or services, qualify leads, and close sales deals. They use persuasive communication to convert prospects, maintain customer databases, and meet daily/monthly sales targets. [1, 2, 3, 4]Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound & Inbound Calling: Proactively call prospective customers to pitch products/services and handle incoming queries efficiently.Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services, achieving set daily/weekly sales targets.Lead Generation/Follow-up: Follow up on leads and convert them into sales, ensuring accurate records of all attempts (successful or unsuccessful).Data Management: Utilize CRM software to update and maintain customer information, contact details, and interaction notes.Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings to answer questions, explain features, and handle objections. Required Skills and QualificationsCommunication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.Persuasion: Strong negotiation and convincing abilities to handle objections.Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools.Education: Typically a high school diploma or equivalent (12th pass/graduate).
