Business Development Manager (BDM) – SaaS Healthcare
Job Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive sales for our SaaS-based healthcare platform, Zeva360. The role involves both in-office calling and field visits to onboard clinics, polyclinics, and hospitals. You will be responsible for generating leads, giving product demos, and closing deals.
About the Product (Zeva360)
Zeva360 is a cloud-based healthcare management software designed to streamline clinic operations, improve patient engagement, and automate workflows such as appointments, billing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, data research, and references
- Schedule and conduct product demos (online + in-person)
- Visit clinics, hospitals, and healthcare centers for sales meetings
- Explain product features like appointment booking, patient management, billing, and analytics
- Convert leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and hospital admins
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and daily activity reports
- Coordinate with the onboarding team for a smooth client setup
Requirements
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in SaaS / Healthcare / B2B Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with calling + field sales
- Ability to explain software solutions to non-technical users
- Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
