Position: Business Development Manager – CA Channel
Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Role
We're looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow revenue through InvestMyFunds' Chartered Accountant (CA) partner network. The role is primarily about engaging, activating, and growing the business generated by our existing and expanding base of CA partners who distribute mutual fund products to their clients — with a smaller, complementary focus on selectively adding new CA partners in target clusters across Delhi NCR. This is a relationship and channel-management role first, not a pure recruitment role.
Key Responsibility Areas
Growing & managing the CA partner channel (primary focus)
1. Drive partner activation and revenue — work closely with onboarded CA partners to grow the SIP and lumpsum business they route through InvestMyFunds.
2. Manage retention and engagement through regular reviews, training sessions, and continuous relationship-building to keep partners active and motivated.
3. Maintain a structured pipeline of partner activity, with weekly tracking of engagement and conversion metrics.
4. Effectively position the long-term trail income and passive income opportunity available to CA partners, helping them see the channel as a genuine revenue stream.
Selective partner onboarding (smaller part of the role)
1. Identify and onboard new Chartered Accountants as mutual fund distribution partners, focused on high-potential clusters rather than broad-based recruitment.
2. Conduct market mapping to identify CA clusters across Laxmi Nagar, Preet Vihar, and adjoining areas for targeted, selective outreach.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, relationship/channel management, or financial services (mutual funds, insurance, or related) — freshers with strong aptitude and a finance/commerce background will also be considered.
2. Comfortable managing and growing an existing partner or client relationship, with the confidence to also engage in networking and outreach when needed.
3. Excellent relationship management and communication skills, especially when engaging professionals such as Chartered Accountants.
4. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable owning a pipeline with weekly metrics and follow-through.
