As we expand across U.S., global, and Indian markets, we are looking for a proactive, persuasive, and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can build relationships, generate opportunities, and close deals across both international and domestic clients.



Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can represent Bridgekala across international markets (U.S., Canada, global regions) as well as the Indian market.


You will manage the entire business development cycle — from lead generation and outreach to pitching, negotiation, and deal closure. This includes cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, field visits (India), and sales presentations.


This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trust with decision-makers both remotely and in person. You’ll work closely with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to build customized solutions that align with client goals and deliver measurable success.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads across international and Indian markets.
  • Perform field work and client visits for Indian market business development, meetings, and relationship building.
  • Build, manage, and scale a strong sales pipeline for Bridgekala’s creative and marketing services.
  • Research and identify potential clients via LinkedIn, databases, referrals, events, and on-ground market research.
  • Create and send personalized cold emails, proposals, and pitch decks to prospective clients.
  • Schedule and conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, in-person meetings, and presentations.
  • Develop and present custom proposals, pricing structures, and solution decks.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, performance, and strategy teams to craft client-specific solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and contracts to close deals confidently and profitably.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, tracking leads, outreach activities, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and performance insights.
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations and creative teams post-closure to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or American accent preferred for international clients).
  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition (agency, marketing, IT, or service-based industries preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and lead research.
  • Comfortable with field sales and client meetings in the Indian market.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, digital strategy, and creative services.
  • Confidence in sales calls, video meetings, presentations, and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels, campaign strategies, and client acquisition processes.
  • Willingness to work night shifts for international markets and flexible hours for Indian field work.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, UpLead, etc.
  • Analytical mindset — capable of reading data, building reports, and refining sales strategies.



Bonus Skills (Preferred)

  • Prior experience in digital marketing agencies, creative studios, or performance-led environments.
  • Experience handling both international and domestic clients.
  • Understanding of international and Indian business communication etiquette.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM workflows.
  • Experience using platforms like Upwork, Clutch, or other B2B marketplaces for client acquisition.
