Job Description
As an Insurance Agent, you will represent Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance through our agency, helping clients secure their financial future with tailored life insurance solutions. This role offers independence, growth opportunities, and the chance to build long-term client relationships while contributing to the success of our agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance products.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the agency.
- Provide after-sales service and support to clients.
- Participate in training and development programs conducted by the agency and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance.
