Job Description
Job Title: Category Head / Manager – Electronics Industry
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Category Head/Manager to manage and grow the electronics product category. The candidate will be responsible for category planning, product management, vendor coordination, pricing strategies, inventory control, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end category operations for electronics products
Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
Handle product assortment, pricing, and promotions
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and stock management
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
Ensure proper inventory planning and stock availability
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams
Analyze category performance and prepare business reports
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of electronics products and market trends
Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills
Vendor management and business development ability
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools
Good communication and team coordination skills
Experience:
3–7 years of experience in category management, retail, or electronics industry.
