CRM Executive - Order Management & Customer Support (Female)

Pioneer Hardware India Pt Ltd is a growing door hardware manufacturing company dealing with Builders, Dealers, Distributors, and Project Clients across India. We are looking for a smart, confident, and responsible CRM Executive for Customer Relationship Management, Order Management, Customer Support, and Payment Follow-up coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Builder & Dealer customer coordination

Manage customer data and lead updates in CRM software

Process and track customer orders properly

Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Backend teams

Handle customer support and resolve customer queries professionally Make payment follow-up calls and maintain payment records

Share order updates, dispatch details, and pending payment reminders with clients Maintain proper records of inquiries, orders, complaints, and follow-ups Coordinate through Calls, WhatsApp, and Emails professionally

Prepare daily reports and MIS updates in Excel

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi & English

Knowledge of CRM handling and Order Management

Good follow-up and customer handling skills

Basic to good knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets

Ability to manage payment follow-up calls professionally Professional communication on Calls, WhatsApp & Email Responsible and organized working style

Preferred Candidate Profile

Female Candidate Preferred

Experience in CRM / Customer Support / Sales Coordination

Experience in Payment Follow-up will be preferred

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Salary
