Client Relationship Executive
Company: Stareye Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
Location: A-30, 3rd Floor, Sector 63, Noida
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (6 Days)
Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Maintain client records and update follow-up details.
- Achieve assigned targets and maintain daily reports.
- Resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to handle clients confidently.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
