We are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Manager to lead our telecalling team, improve lead generation, optimize customer engagement, and drive business growth through effective telemarketing strategies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the telemarketing team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Develop telemarketing strategies to maximize lead generation and customer engagement.
• Monitor team performance, call quality, productivity, and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams for smooth lead allocation and follow-up.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all leads to improve conversions.
• Create and update calling scripts, objection-handling techniques, and sales processes.
• Recruit, train, and mentor telecallers and team leaders.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure CRM is updated with accurate customer interactions and lead status.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
• Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in telemarketing operations and customer engagement.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• EligibilityBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or BPO operations.
• Prior experience in a managerial role is required.
• Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
