We are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Manager to lead our telecalling team, improve lead generation, optimize customer engagement, and drive business growth through effective telemarketing strategies.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the telemarketing team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Develop telemarketing strategies to maximize lead generation and customer engagement.
- Monitor team performance, call quality, productivity, and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams for smooth lead allocation and follow-up.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads to improve conversions.
- Create and update calling scripts, objection-handling techniques, and sales processes.
- Recruit, train, and mentor telecallers and team leaders.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure CRM is updated with accurate customer interactions and lead status.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
- Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in telemarketing operations and customer engagement.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- EligibilityBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or BPO operations.
- Prior experience in a managerial role is required.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
