Clinical Facility Manager

Job Title: Nursing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care:

• Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, including vital signs
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
• Perform nursing interventions and assist with medical procedures.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

1. Collaboration with Healthcare Team

• Communicate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.
• Assist in coordinating patient care and ensure continuity of services.

1. Administrative Tasks

• Document patient information, including symptoms, treatments, medications, and progress notes.
• Update medical records in accordance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines in patient care.

1. Emergency Response:

• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid or life-saving interventions.
• Perform CPR or other resuscitative procedures when necessary.

Experience needed:

1.      Experience in healthcare operations as a registered nurse

2.      Management experience- has been a Team Leader for at-least 2 years

3.      Clinical knowledge: Demonstrated

4.      Training experience- ability to create and deliver trainings

5.      Has been client facing in a recent role

6.      Experience of holding an administrative role for at-least one year.

7.      Experience of ICU, emergency, geriatric care is mandatory.

Qualification:

1.      BSc Nursing or ANM OR GNM - registered nurse

2.      Relevant experience

3.      Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

4.      Excellent written and oral communication skills is a must.
