Junoon Capital Services Private Limited is hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for its Short-Term Personal Loan division.
Open Position:
Collection Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection of due payments from customers as per the loan repayment schedule.
- Following up with customers to ensure timely repayments and reminding them of upcoming or overdue payment dates.
- Handling overdue accounts, discussing settlements, and negotiating suitable repayment plans with customers.
- Maintaining accurate collection records and submitting reports to the concerned team on a regular basis.
- Ensuring strict compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and RBI norms during all collection activities.
