Commi 1 / Senior Chef –
📍 Location: Mahipalpur, Delhi
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (depending on experience & trial)

We are hiring an experienced Commi 1 / Senior Cook for our restaurant in Mahipalpur. Candidate should have strong kitchen knowledge, good hygiene, and ability to handle kitchen operations during rush hours.
- Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years experience in restaurant kitchen
- Good knowledge of:
- North Indian
- Chinese
- Tandoor (optional advantage)
- Fast working and disciplined
- Must maintain cleanliness & food quality
- Ability to work in a team
- Should handle orders during peak hours
- Knowledge of kitchen prep and stock handling
- Responsibilities:Prepare food as per restaurant standards
- Maintain taste consistency & presentation
- Support smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team
- Preferred:Candidates from hotel/restaurant background
- Immediate joiners preferred
