Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage and maintain computer systems, ensure smooth operations, and handle data processing tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate computer systems and monitor daily operations
- Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues
- Maintain records of operations and activities
- Handle printing, scanning, and documentation tasks
- Coordinate with IT team for technical support when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic understanding of data entry and file management
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
