Construction Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with hands-on field experience preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects such as metro stations, group housing, or transit hubs.etc. The role involves on-site execution as per approved building drawings (plans, sections, structural drawings, etc.), along with supervision, coordination, and ensuring quality and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day site construction activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and technical specifications

* Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress in line with project schedules

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workforce to ensure smooth and efficient execution

* Review and verify work measurements and ensure accuracy in quantity tracking

* Identify, analyze, and proactively resolve on-site issues and bottlenecks

* Maintain proper documentation and prepare regular reports on site activities and progress

* Monitor material usage, ensure optimal utilization, and maintain adequate stock availability at the site

Required Skills & Experience:

*preferred experience in infrastructure or large construction projects (Metro, Housing, Transit Projects preferred)

* understanding of construction drawings (Architectural & Structural)

* Good coordination and team management skills

* Ability to handle on-site challenges and ensure timely execution

* Basic knowledge of measurement and billing processes

Preferred : 

* Prior experience in similar large-scale projects
