Credit Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Handle assigned/generated leads and convert them into successful loan disbursals
• Engage with potential customers, understand requirements, and pitch suitable loan products
• Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion, disbursal value, and revenue
• Maintain strong follow-ups to improve lead-to-disbursal conversion ratio
• Collect, verify, and manage customer documentation (KYC, income proof, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit,underwriting, operations) for faster approvals
• Track application status and ensure timely loan processing and disbursal
• Cross-sell and up-sell additional financial products to existing customers
• Maintain accurate MIS reports on leads, pipeline, and conversions
• Ensure excellent customer experience to drive repeat business and referrals
• Follow compliance and documentation standards as per company policy
• Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.
• Meet assigned targets for loan disbursement and customer acquisition.

Requirements:-

• Good Communication skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills experience in credit underwriting, preferably in NBFCs or fintech
• Qualification= 12th pass or Graduated
