Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly sales data and post entries in BUSY (B2B, B2C & Stock Transfer).
  • Prepare GSTR-1 data and assist in GST compliance.
  • Perform GST, stock, and e-commerce account reconciliations.
  • Generate e-invoices and resolve invoice-related issues.
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
  • Prepare TDS calculations and post TCS entries.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and reports.
  • Support internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • B. Com or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Accounts.
  • Knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
