Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Credit Card Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards to potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell credit card products to prospective customers.
• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, field sales, and referrals.
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers.
• Assist customers with documentation and application processes.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up regularly.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on sales activities and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convince and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of financial products is an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of credit cards sold
• Conversion ratio
• Lead generation count
• Customer satisfaction

SALARY STRUCTURE:

• Salary range: ₹6,000 to ₹8,000 (purely target-based)
• Payout will be processed only upon achieving the assigned targets.
• In case targets are not achieved, no payout will be applicable for that cycle.
