Job Description

Team Leader (Health Insurance Portability)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Fixed)

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Job Description (JD):Manage & lead a team of telecalling executives

  • Monitor daily calling activities & team performance
  • Drive sales for health insurance portability
  • Support team in closing deals & handling objections
  • Ensure monthly targets are achieved
  • Provide training, guidance & motivation to team members
  • Maintain daily/weekly performance reports

Job Requirements (JR):Minimum 3–5 years experience in Health Insurance / Telesales

  • Team handling experience is mandatory
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
  • Target-oriented & result-driven mindset
  • Basic knowledge of health insurance portability (preferred)
