Job Description
Monitor and manage customer credit accounts and outstanding balances.Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.Follow up on overdue invoices via calls, emails, and reminders.Maintain accurate accounts receivable records in ERP or accounting software.Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.Prepare aging reports (AR reports) and share with management.Coordinate with sales team to control credit risk and payment delays.Handle dispute resolution related to invoices and payments.Take action on bad debts / write-offs as per company policy.Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.Support audit and financial reporting related to receivables.
