Job Description

  1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and drive product/service sales.
  2. Execute daily and monthly sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  3. Engage in active listening, resolve client concerns, and de-escalate challenging conversations professionally.
  4. Clearly communicate product features and benefits, and identify customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
  5. Evaluate customer eligibility for services and maintain accurate sales records.
  6. Ensure adherence to company SOPs and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
  7. Participate in ongoing training programs to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
  8. Implement feedback and best practices shared by supervisors to optimize results.
