Job Title: Business Development Executive – Staffing

Location: Bangalore
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our staffing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our recruitment and staffing solutions across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment domain.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Pitch staffing solutions including permanent hiring, contract staffing, and bulk hiring services.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Negotiate terms of business, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in staffing/recruitment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Familiarity with IT and non-IT staffing services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
