Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects (plots/flats/commercial)
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients
- Negotiate deals and close sales as per company targets and policies
- Coordinate with CRM/operations team for documentation, booking, and post-sales support
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM regularly
- Track market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and project briefings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and closing abilities
- Good knowledge of local real estate market
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
