Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team, generate property sales, handle client relationships, and achieve monthly business targets. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, real estate sales experience, and the ability to motivate the team for high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through calls, references, digital marketing, and site visits.
- Train and guide sales executives, tele callers and digital marketer.
- Handle customer queries and provide property consultation.
- Conduct property presentations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure proper follow-up and closure of sales leads.
- Maintain discipline, performance tracking, and team productivity.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidate should have good convincing skills.
- Leadership and team handling ability.
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email).
