Job SummaryAarchh Regency is looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote hotel rooms, banquet services, food & beverage offerings, and corporate tie-ups. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, increasing bookings, and supporting the hotel’s overall revenue growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads for room bookings, corporate stays, banquet events, meetings, parties, and food services.
• Visit corporate offices, travel agencies, event planners, local businesses, and potential clients for tie-ups.
• Promote hotel packages, offers, rooms, banquet facilities, and food services through online and offline marketing.
• Handle client inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with front office, reservations, banquet, and operations teams for smooth guest experience.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, lead status reports, and follow-up records.
• Work on local market development and competitor analysis.
• Support social media promotions, Google Business Profile updates, WhatsApp marketing, and online campaigns.
• Achieve monthly sales targets given by management.
• Collect feedback from clients and suggest improvements to increase business.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Strong knowledge of local market and corporate sales.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations, room sales, banquet sales, and online marketing.
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
• Good follow-up and client handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and social media handling.
• Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in any stream. Hotel Management or Marketing background preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, corporate sales, or field marketing.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

SalarySalary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance. Incentives may be provided based on sales performance.
