Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic verification of loan applicants.
- Assess customer eligibility by reviewing financial and personal information.
- Verify customer details and supporting documents.
- Evaluate creditworthiness in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with customers to obtain pending information or documents.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely processing of loan applications while achieving quality and productivity targets.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Credit Underwriting, Loan Verification, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Telecalling.
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
