Job Title: CRM Executive – Collections & Recovery (Real Estate)

Job Summary: We are hiring a CRM Executive – Collections & Recovery to manage customer dues, ensure timely payments, and handle the end-to-end collection process. The role requires strong follow-up skills, customer handling, and coordination with internal teams to minimize outstanding receivables while maintaining positive client relationships.

• Key Responsibilities: Track customer payment schedules, dues, and overdue accounts
• Handle collections for booking amounts, installments, EMIs, and other charges
• Make regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages for timely recovery
• Manage soft collections, escalations, and recovery processes
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer concerns
• Issue demand letters, reminders, and legal notices when required
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams for recovery actions
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate collection reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
• Work on reducing outstanding receivables and improving cash flow

• Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in CRM/Collections (Real Estate preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of legal procedures in collections is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
