Job Description

Handle inbound leads and inquiries received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B portals

• Make outbound calls to potential clients/buyers to introduce products/services and generate interest

• Qualify leads and maintain an updated database of prospects in CRM or Excel

• Follow up regularly with interested leads to move them through the sales funnel

• Coordinate with the sales team to hand over hot leads for closure

• Manage and respond to portal chats, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner

• Maintain daily/weekly call reports and lead tracker sheets

• Achieve monthly lead generation targets as set by the management

• Gather market feedback and competitor information during calls
