Job Summary
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales? We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growth-driven team. In this role, you will be the face of Companify, connecting with business owners across India to help them streamline their compliance and accounting needs. Key Responsibilities
- B2B Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential business clients to expand our portfolio.
- Outbound Telecalling: Initiate high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads and introduce our service suite.
- Service Presentation: Clearly explain our accounting, legal, and compliance solutions to help clients understand their value.
- Lead Management: Generate new leads and maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to ensure high conversion rates.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term professional relationships with business owners.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
Requirements
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills in Hindi; basic proficiency in English is required.
- Confidence: High energy and a professional phone manner for effective client handling.
- Knowledge: A basic understanding of business services, GST, or company registration is a plus (but not mandatory).
- Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.
- Attributes: We are looking for candidates with a "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to learn and earn.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Performance Incentives: Earn up to ₹2,000 extra based on your monthly achievements.

Working Details
- Work Mode: On-site (Office-based)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
