Job Description
- Call and qualify inbound leads based on business profile and loan requirement
- Understand basic financial details (turnover, loan requirement, etc.)
- Schedule meetings between clients and the founder
- Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information
- Follow up with clients for documentation and required details
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for status updates
- Ensure timely follow-ups and case progression
