Job Description
Lead Conversion: Identify and nurture leads for academic writing services and admissions (UG/PG/PhD) through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Student Counselling: Guide students on course selection, admission processes, university options, and document preparation.
Client Consultation: Engage clients to understand project/admission goals and offer tailored service advice.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and admissions targets.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with writing and admissions teams to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
Service Promotion: Suggest relevant services to clients to enhance their success and satisfaction.
Client Support: Maintain professional, prompt, and supportive communication with clients throughout the process.
Reporting: Maintain updated records in CRM systems and prepare weekly sales/admissions reports for management.
