Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive
Location: Noida Sector 2
Job Description:
We are looking for a driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our team in Noida Sector 2. The role involves generating leads, meeting potential clients, and selling insurance products to achieve sales targets. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, explain policy benefits clearly, and provide after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers
- Sell Health Insurance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain client relationships and ensure renewals
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Sales experience preferred (insurance/financial products)
- Target-oriented mindset
Compensation:
- Good fixed salary + unlimited incentives + performance bonuses
