Job Description
Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Delhi
Role:
We are hiring a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to take full ownership of sales and team performance. This role is strictly for candidates who can control, push, and deliver results through a team of ASMs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and control ASMs with full accountability
* Ensure 100% target achievement — no excuses
* Daily reporting, strict follow-ups, and performance tracking
* Regular market visits to verify actual ground performance
* Maintain discipline, productivity, and pressure within the team
* Identify gaps, solve problems, and drive continuous growth
Requirements:
* minimum 3 years of strong sales experience (team handling mandatory)
* Background in FMCG / Electronics / Distribution preferred
* Aggressive in follow-ups and target-oriented mindset
* Strong leadership — able to handle pressure and deliver results
* Basic Excel & reporting skills
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month+ performance incentives
