Job Description
Job Description – Regional Sales Manager (RSM) | Delhi
Location: Delhi
Experience Required: 2–3Years
Team Handling: 6–10 ASM
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) across Delhi. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, capable of driving sales through team management as well as direct market involvement. This role requires regular field visits with ASMs to ensure strong execution, retail coverage, and consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team of 6–10 ASMs, ensuring target achievement and performance tracking
* Conduct joint market visits with ASMs to monitor execution and improve sales performance
* Drive sales-out growth through effective retail and distribution strategies
* Set targets, monitor daily activities, and ensure accountability within the team
* Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
* Identify new market opportunities and expand regional coverage
* Ensure proper stock flow, visibility, and merchandising across retail outlets
* Analyze sales data, competitor activities, and market trends to plan strategies
* Train, mentor, and motivate ASMs for better productivity and results
Requirements:
* Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in team handling role
* Strong experience in field sales (mobile accessories / FMCG preferred)
* Proven track record of handling multiple ASMs and achieving targets
* Deep understanding of Delhi market and retail ecosystem
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field
