Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in staffing/recruitment sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through the placement of candidates in client organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Understand client staffing needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Generate business through both new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates to clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 – 6 years of proven experience in sales/business development in staffing or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong networking skills and ability to develop long-term client relationships.
Preferred:
- Experience in IT staffing, non-IT staffing, or niche recruitment verticals.
- Existing client network is a plus.
