Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Officer to join our insurance team. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales through field activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking
• Promote and sell insurance products as per customer needs
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Male & Female both can apply
• Experience: Minimum field sales experience is mandatory (preferably in insurance or BFSI sector)
• Education: 12th
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork
