Job Description: Client Service Executive – ExhibitionJob Title: Client Service Executive
Department: Client Servicing / Operations
Location: Urbtech Trade Center Sector 132 Noida
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred in exhibitions, events, BTL, or advertising)
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Service Executive for our exhibition and events team. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their exhibition requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects from concept to completion.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients regarding exhibition and event requirements.
- Understand client briefs, objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with the design, production, operations, and vendor teams for timely project execution.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and issue resolution promptly.
- Support onsite execution during exhibitions, trade shows, and events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and business development.
- Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong client handling and coordination abilities
- Good knowledge of exhibition/event execution process
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field
- Prior experience in exhibitions, events, advertising, or client servicing preferred
- Preferred Qualities Pleasing personality
- Strong negotiation skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel and work on-site during events
